We pay for this benefit. Medical insurance for full-time employees and qualified dependents is provided through United HealthCare. Moriarty & Associates offers an HSA plan. We partially fund the employee's HSA account.
We pay for this benefit. Dental insurance for full-time employees and qualified dependents is provided through Guardian Life Insurance Company.

Flexible Spending & Dependent Care Accounts
Our Flexible Spending and Dependent Care accounts are administered by United HealthCare. Moriarty & Associates offers the employee the option of selecting up to $5,000 for a Dependent Care Account.
Short-Term & Long-Term Disability
We pay for this benefit. Short-term and Long-term disability insurance for full-time employees is provided through Guardian Life Insurance Company.
Life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment for full-time employees is provided through Guardian Life Insurance Company. The current benefit amount is $225,000 for the employee.
All employees of Moriarty & Associates are able to participate in the company's 401k plan.
As deemed necessary by job requirements, employees will be provided with a laptop or desktop computer capable of running basic office/business applications.*
After six months of full-time employment, a pregnant employee qualifies for 4 weeks of maternity leave at full pay after giving birth to a child.
After six months of full-time employment, employees qualify for educational reimbursement up to $2,500 per year payable the year the expense was incurred.** This includes undergraduate, graduate or other technical classes or seminars to enhance an employee's skills.
Employees are paid on a weekly basis. All new employees will receive their initial pay deposit the end of the third week of their employment. All payrolls are direct deposit.
All full-time employees are required to complete 1,860 hours of billable work over a 52-week period. If an employee's contract allows the employee to work additional billable hours over the 1,860 it will be considered overtime and will be paid at their current hourly rate. All applicable taxes and other required deductions will be subtracted from the overtime. The overtime hours will be paid for the week performed.
Sick Leave, Holidays, Time Off
All new full-time employees earn paid leave at 18.33 hours per 155 hours worked not to exceed 220 hours per calendar year. After 5 years of continuous employment, full-time employees earn paid leave at 20.00 hours per 155 hours worked not to exceed 240 hours per calendar year. After 10 years of continuous employment, full-time employees earn paid leave at 21.67 hours per 155 hours worked not to exceed 260 hours per calendar year. Employees may carryover hours from one calendar year to the next but the total of carryover hours plus yearly accrual hours may not exceed 320 hours (8 weeks).
Upon request and review, Moriarty & Associates will pay the annual dues for any professional organization within an employee's field of work.
* All purchases made by Moriarty & Associates remain the property of Moriarty & Associates.
** Employee will be asked to sign the company "Professional Development Training Expense Reimbursement Agreement." It is available for review upon request.
